Some old, some ne (at least to me).* Half of us are going to come out of this quarantine as amazing cooks The other half will come out with a drinking problem.

* I need to practice social distancing from . . . the refrigerator.

* PSA: every few days, try your jeans on just to make sure they fit. Pajamas will have you believe all is well in the kingdom.

* I don’t think anyone expected that when we changed the clocks we’d go from Standard Time to Twilight Zone.

* This morning I saw a neighbor talking to her cat. It was obvious she thought her cat understood her. I came into the house, told my dog . . . we laughed a lot.

* So, after this quarantine, will the producers of My 600 Pound life just find me or do I find them?

* Quarantine Day 5: Went to this restaurant called THE KITCHEN. You have to gather all the ingredients and make your own meal. I have no clue how this place is still in business!

* My body has absorbed so much soap and disinfectant lately that when I pee it cleans the toilet.

* Day 15 of Homeschooling: One of these little monsters called in a bomb threat.

* I’m so excited . . . it’s time to take out the garbage. What to wear, what to wear?

* I hope the weather is good tomorrow for my trip to Puerto Backyardia. I’m getting tired of Los Livingroomia.

* Classified Ad: Single man with toilet paper seeks women with hand sanitizer for good clean fun.

* Day 6 of Homeschooling: My child just said “I hope I don’t have the same teacher next year.” I’m offended.

* Better 6 feet apart than 6 feet under!

Well folks, it might just get more interesting. Marshall has given us some humorous points to ponder and I just came in from Cabo LaShop near Puerto Backyardia where I was listening to a little radio.....with dog ears! The fellow on the show popped off some statistics from a survey that just came out regarding those working at home during this slowdown. Seems many of them are having a great time indulging in their favorite alcoholic beverage during the "work" day. Probably explains the weird conversation I had Friday with a rep for a company I deal with and she was working at home. Wasn't incoherent but was definitely not right (or maybe she was getting there?) - now I get it. If this doesn't end soon the world will be a different place....and I'm starting to kinda feel like Puerto Backyardia is getting this "tropical" feel....in the middle of the sand and desert....

A few more:

You know if you keep a glass of wine in each hand you can’t accidentally touch your face.

This cleaning with alcohol is total b.s. NOTHING gets done after that first bottle.

Kinda starting to understand why pets try to run out of the house when the door opens.

Does anyone know if we can take showers yet or should we just keep washing our hands???

Day 7 at home and the dog is looking at me like, “See? This is why I chew the furniture.”

Home schooling question: Does having your children fix you mixed cocktails count as chemistry?

Where’s your husband?....In the garden….I didn’t see him….You just need to dig a little deeper.

My Mom always told me I wouldn’t accomplish anything by lying in the bed all day, but look at me now! I’m saving the world!

I miss the days when we were terrified of Romaine lettuce. Ahh, the good times….

Coronavirus has turned us all into dogs. We roam the house all day looking for food. We’re told “no” if we get too close to strangers. And we get really excited about car rides.

Whoever owes you money, go to their house now. They should be home.

Homeschooling Day #3: they all graduated. #Done.

I’m giving up drinking for a month.
Oops, sorry, bad punctuation. I’m giving up. Drinking for a month.
