Replacement LPG hosing

In transporting my 2005 Challenger 32TKB, the LPG hose connecting the hardline to the Fridge/Oven splitter was rubbed through from the tire. It’s 72” long, appears to be 9/16” female thread on each end. Any pointers?

On most trailers, the "appliance lines" are 3/8" copper lines with either compression or flare fittings. Any replacement line would probably be a "custom build". If you have a flaring tool it's an "easy fix" if you don't have a flaring tool, you can probably remove the old one, take it to any local hardware store and they can cut a length of copper tubing, install your nuts and flare the ends. Then all you'll need to do is install it. BE CAREFUL BENDING THE COPPER TUBING !!! It will kink and crease, making it not usable, so "hand bend it carefully" to prevent damaging the tubing.

I would try an LP distributor. They should be able to make a line to match the old one.

If you have a dedicated propane supply store in your town or nearby (if they're open) take that section of hose and they should be able to make you a new hose with fittings. There is a difference between high and low pressure lines, so having the hose will help them make the proper replacement.

Your local RV dealer can probably order that from Keystone.

Or, you might be able to find it at Trekwood.com.

If it's in the slide, it's not copper tubing. It is a flex hose, similar to the low pressure hose from the regulator to the black iron pipe. Any RV dealership will have the correct hose (or be able to order one), most LPG distributors with a home delivery service will have the capability to build a hose from your original one. My suggestion about having it built at a hardware store was for the copper tubing, not a flex tube, so most hardware stores won't be able to help you.

RV service centers or LPG distributors are probably your best bet.

I would go to local propane distributor and have them make a replacement, quicker, and likely cheaper!
I have had several hoses made by the local distributor.

We used a “hose” distributor, called and told them how long, diameter and type of ends. Probably a lot cheaper than going to the dealer.
