Here's an option that happened to us. Rain collected on our power awning and when the weight got too much the knee action on the awning braces lowered, which emptied the water on the Awning and then the Awning snapped back into place. The noise you heard could be the same IF it had rained. It make a heck of a noise as the awning is anchored to the side of the trailer. This happened during daylight hours which enabled me jump outside in time to see the awning braces to go back to normal position.

I have learned that when woke up in a sound sleep by noise, Its hard to really know whats going on. My mind is thinking I heard xx and was waken many times taking a moment to lay in bed and listen helps pin point the sound and understand what really made the noise. At work for years I was waken by the phone ringing needing me to go to work ASAP. The brain is always fuzzy to say the least for a short time.

Here it is 9/26 and I haven’t learned what caused the noise and rushing air sound. The suspense is killing me. What was it?

^^^^I'm worrying this may have been what happened. Sounded like she knew DH was OK....or was it him that "popped and "sqeaked"? Sent out a distress call but not heard from for 9 days?? I'm not sure where they are but reckon someone ought to notify Xfiles?

I really can't add anything to this delightful thread and I have enjoyed the speculation
I just needed to comment so I would get a flag when and if the OP ever returns. The suspense has been killing my also.

I have to wonder if your patients/customers realize these thoughts race through their pharmacists mind....
