Slide outs

i was inspecting my slide out roofs and noticed the roof had pulled away from the chaulking i figured since i had the chaulking i cleaned the area and rechaulked it so there was no way water could get in after a rain i noticed after a good rain water was on the roof still is this normal it was a little puddle on the slide out roofs it dried up but was just wondering Thanks

The roofs are an imperfect surface. Depending on how you were parked, it's not surprising that some water may puddle. Question us how deep was it? A thin puddle would be normal. Pour a pitcher of water onto your (presumably flat) driveway, it will likely spread and make a puddle somewhere despite the fact that the imperfections are not normally visible. Now, if you get a puddle 1" deep on your slide roof, uh I'd be worried about that section of roof
