I just got my Fuzion 310 back from the repair shop to have the roof repaired. I originally had it in the shop to patch a tear in the roofing material alongside the AC unit. Using a camera, I discovered that the entire front of the roofing material was ballooning up while driving at highway speeds, and the balloon was big enough to rub the roofing material against the AC unit or anything else.
I heard that it was unlikely that Keystone would help out, as I was outside of the one year warranty period. My repair guy sent in a request anyways, and long story short, keystone called back to replace the entire roof and substructure under goodwill warranty. They replaced the superflex material (TPO?) with EPDM, and I am hoping this will bond better to the substructure than before. This has left me with an entirely new roof and helped retain some value in the RV when it comes time to replace. I'll definitely consider a keystone product again, as they really helped out this time.
