I am guessing that you are talking about one of these units:

There are two places that you should be able to do this pretty easily.
First, the curbside wall by the kitchen sink. The plumbing is easily accessed as the sink is right there in a enclosed cabinet.
Second, the curbside wall by the bathroom vanity. Same situation. If there's basement below, you could still cut in the outside shower fixture above the door. The only limitation would be that you'd have to close the basement door before you use the shower. And it might difficult for smaller kids to reach.
