North Central PA: Happy Acres Resort vs. Sheshequin??

Anyone familiar with the Pine Creek/Wellsboro area? DW and I are headed back to bike some more of the Pine Creek Rail Trail. (I think it's 60+ miles overall.)

Was planning to go to Sheshequin CG but someone was in that area and saw the Happy Acres Resort. (Didn't find Happy Acres because Google doesn't recognize it as a campground...when I search GMaps.)

Am leaning toward Happy Acres...it's only 3-4 miles from the parking area for the rail/trail.

Anyone familiar with either/both?
