120 v system not working Keystone Fuzion

I have a Keyston Fuzion toyhauler. None of my 120 v systems are working. Mainly the ACs. None of the 3 respond. Everything else on the 12v system works. The breakers arent tripped. I flipped them just to check. I did recently have an inverter added and some live 12v outlets. Im wondering if they screwed something up in the install? Is there a fuse somewhere else outside the breaker box? I really dont want to take it back to the dealership. I need to head out of town next week. Your help is appreciated!

Hitting the rack but, not knowing what they did, where, what and why it's pretty difficult if not impossible to guess what they did. 12vdc and 120 vac are 2 completely different animals and are wired separately.

I suspect when they wired in the inverter, which is also going to require reworking you 120 (what is the inverter for?) they did something (forgot) to make sure your 120 went back to the regular feed point.

If not willing to take it back to them to relick their problem I would break out the old meter and run down that 120 and see where they left the gap.

We go to Glamis a lot. Lots of sunshine. So we lined the roof with solar panels. We had them add the inverter so we could run 3 outlets off of battery without the generator. They made them all live for some reason. I never got to test it out. Its been sitting for 6 months on shore power. I am assuming it is all related to the install. The GFI was blown in the bathroom also. Im not sure if it is all related. I didnt check the GFI in the back bathroom. The 120 system wouldnt be effected by a blown GFI would it?

The GFIs control part of the 120vac circuitry to anything wired behind it. What that is could be most anything but generally just receptacles. If you have 3 ACs not working I figure it's not going to be that (at least not all of it). If they blew your GFI breakers and didn't fix them there is no telling what they might have done and never checked, or fixed, it.

What inverter did they install and does it have “pass through” capabilities?

After doing some testing I am thinking its the 12v system not working. They installed a Magnum ME series Modified Sine Wave Inverter/Charger.

There is 110 going to the AC. But I cant 12v to register on my voltage meter anywhere but the batteries themselves.

I also think this is the case because the Jensen stereo doesnt work. Im assuming that is 12v also?

Your Jensen stereo is 12VDC. I’m thinking they hooked up the leads wrong at the charger/inverter.

OK, this is precisely the opposite of the symptom you first posted. I was going to suggest your main breaker popped (halfway) but now I have no idea.

get it back to where you had them modify you rig...they have the stuff to figure it out.

^^^^^x2. It seems the relationship, wiring and operation of the 12vdc and 120vac may be a little confusing to you. What may be a simple issue, modification to the new modifications without understanding what is going on, can/will only lead to greater, more costly problems. Take it back to whoever did it and be involved in not only what they did originally, but what they do to correct your current issue.

I figured it out. Keystone assured me there was no inline fuse. But there were 2 . A 30 amp thats obvious and another 15 amp that is not. The 15 amp inline fuse was blown. It was a 12v system. Since there were two lines some 12v systems works while others didnt. Once I swapped the 15 amp fuse everything started working fine. It was actually the guy from Magnum that told me it was obvious there was something wrong with the 12v system. He said start from the batteries and work you way back. Between him and Sourdough I was able to track it down with a volt meter. Thanks everyone!
