Trailer; model, year, electronics? Many, many combos in various trailers and, with my first experience with Furrion in this new trailer, there is no telling what is wrong.

Have gone to the TV's menu, set the input to "antenna" or OTA (Over the air) the did a channel scan?

If you have the new Key TV feature there's nothing to do but scan the TV as I understand.
If the old style be sure the booster is turned "on" for antenna, "off" for cable/satellite.

We have a new trailer with the Furrion TV and Key TV...it's yet to work. Operate the TV, go to sources, find the TV option, pick OTA then scan. Our TV doesn't even offer the "TV" source (defective per Furrion). Once the channels are loaded hopefully you can view them. If that doesn't work......buy a Samsung or Sony.....as I will

We do have Furion and a Key tv, not sure where the booster is to see if it is on or off. I have followed the instructions but when it comes to scan there is no results. It’s a bit frustrating. I appreciate all your feedback on this, I’m sure we will figure it out at some point.

With KeyTV there is no booster button. If you look outside where you would hook up park cable, that’s the KeyTV box. If it has a blue light on, it’s on.

In theory, it’s supposed to “know” what your doing and send the proper type of signal (amplified for OTA) or non for cable.

We have a 2020 Outback and the Key TV was hit & miss for OA tv. Sometimes it would work then it would not work. Traced down all coax and power and no liise connections.
Took it out and replaced with the old wall-plate with push button. No problems since then.

Did you look to see if the LED light on the Key TV connection outside was on? I recall on a string of those the board would overheat and fail.

Thanks, I checked for the blue light on the key tv box and it is not on, maybe that is the problem. Where would I turn it on?

I don't have the system so I can't relate any direct knowledge. From what I've read there isn't any switch but I'm sure there is a fuse. Someone with more knowledge will chime in.

Well being the name KeyTV leads me to believe Keystone designed this system. If that's the case, sounds like it's (not) working as it should. Lol

I would guess it's a 12volt operation part. So I would make sure the batteries are in operation....if your coach lights are on, that should be confirmed. Then check the fuses in the power center. Sometimes they also label the power center fuses/breakers to what each is for. Be sure they didn't do something crazy like add a fuse for it behind the KeyBox hookup where the blue LED is at.

I have Keytv but not torn into it yet (it doesn't work). Here is a link from another previous thread on the forum. It shows the controller box where your incoming cable/sat plugs in and the multiple outlets for the individual coax locations elsewhere. Note the 12vdc input; I suspect that is where the little blue power lights power from.
