Winterizing

Hello: I'm a brand new trailer owner and I have a question about winterizing my Keystone 2021 Premier trailer. I have a water heater bypass switch near my main water source, but do I have to also access the back of my water heater to bypass there as well. If so, how do I access the back of the water heater? I don't see any access panels, screws to remove, etc.
Any suggestions?
Seahawker (I'm Canadian, but I love the Seattle Seahawks!)
Thank you.

If you have a water heater bypass valve that is all you need. No need to look for any other valve.

To test it, make sure you have water in your water heater and the water is hot.

Now simply flip the valve and turn on a hot water faucet. It should run cold. Flip the switch the other direction and now the water will run hot again.

Just remember you need to remove the anode from the water heater and drain it.
