2019 Cougar sab

Hello,
new to the camping world (current boater as well) I will have allot of questions as time goes on lol. I am curious as to where the heating pads for my tanks are located (switches). i do have the polar package and it should have them i just don't know where the switches are. i've looked in the forward pass through storage where i've seen pictures of switches being there and i have the self leveling system and the switches are not there. Thank you.

Do you have InCommand? If so, you will not have manual switches.

Yes I do. So they are just automatic?

If I recall, you may have to navigate to a certain screen (I think you touch the tank level icon) and there should be an icon there to turn heaters on and off. Otherwise the heater switches would be right next to the InCommand panel. I don’t have InCommand and never have, so that is just my recollection. Hopefully I am in the ballpark.

As mentioned, if equipped with tank heaters you access them via the touch screen.

1. Along the top of the screen where you see the tank levels. Tap on that line.

2. That opens the next screen where you see the tank heaters.

Thank you for the clarification. I do not have those options listed on my screen and need to find out why.

I would suggest checking the current software version number and then running an update if needed. If that doesn't do it, it is a very real possibility that you do not have tank heaters
