Ez-lift

Sorry to brag but boy is it nice to own a forklift.

Put on the Mor-ryde suspension and wet bolts today.
Took about an hour and a half for one side, about 30 minutes for the other. Go figure.

I was a bit surprised at the condition of the plastic bushings. I bought the trailer last fall and only pulled it less than 500 miles, plus whatever distance for delivery.
They already showed flat spots and were deformed to the shape of the cavity.

My last 2 5th wheels, as well as a couple different friends RVs, had those plastic so called bushings that failed in a very short while.
I've wondered if those were strictly for shipping & intended for replacement with real bushings when the springs were installed at the factory? Anyone know for sure? They are very cheesy for a RV of any amount of weight.
Anyone that has a RV with more than a couple thousand miles I'd recommend inspecting their bushings & replacing with good heavy shackles, bronze bushings & wet bolts.
