New nember

We are on a shakedown cruise and running into a few problems. We are hauling our new to us 2020 Bullet 291RLS with a Silverado 1500. No problems so far with hauling and we have been RVing for the past 3 years but always had a class C, this is our first travel trailer. Biggest problem so far we can’t get over the air channels to come up. Anyone run into this problem?

Welcome to the forum.

Your trailer came with KeyTV as I recall. If you can find the module, where the park cable would plug in, make sure it has power (blue light). Everything is supposed to be automatic. Make sure your TV is set to “AIR” and try again. If that doesn’t work, you may be able to reset the module by removing the 12V to it. Most likely you’ll have to remove it from the compartment it’s in by taking out 4 Roberts head screws and locating the 12V wires.

Other than that, the modules have been known to fail.

Thanks for your reply. It’s looking more and more like I am just going to have to actually talk to my husband in the evenings instead of watching TV!

Greetings and welcome to the forum! Good luck on the television issue, I am sorry to say I can offer no sage advice.
