If you have a 30 amp shore power cord, it's not wired for a second A/C. If you have 50 amp shore power, then look at the area around the front roof vent. You should see a blank electrical outlet cover mounted next to the roof vent. If you don't see that outlet box, take down the plastic garnish ring from the vent and see if there is any ROMEX coiled in the roof spaces. If not, then no, there's no "pre wiring" in your trailer.
The "key" is that 30 amp shore power cord. If that's what you have, there's not enough capacity to run two A/C's so there's no wiring in the ceiling. As for the bunkroom area, probably even with 50 amp service, that vent is not wired.
