As my example indicates, it's not a binary choice, especially if you're going up 2 steps in load range (such as from E to G). Running less than the max pressure my Sailuns can handle, but more than the OEM Trailer Kings could take, still gives the load capacity reserve that CW suggested, but doesn't beat my trailer to death!

Asking about tire inflation created a lot of hot air, but very thankful for the opions. I did run at 60 psi which is above the 50 of old tires but below the 65 psi max.
Trailer pulls better but seems hard on bumps or maybe it was worse roads. Thinking of suspension upgrade but that’s a different thread. Thanks again for all the feedback.
