Replaced my water heater bypass valve

As many others have done, I replaced the leaky plastic water heater bypass valve in my 22RBIWE.

Used a vise and pieces of wood to straighten the offset out of the handle of the Tectite valve so it would clear the back of the water heater.
Drained the water heater.
Removed all the stuff out of the pass-in.
Crawled into the pass-in, removed the divider wall to get to the back of the water heater. Stowed the wall above the water heater.
Disconnected the bypass assembly off the water heater so I could work on it outside.
Cut the PEX cinch connectors off of the plastic valve with a Dremel tool
Measured and cut the remaining PEX to fit the Tectite valve.
Screwed up one of the cuts so had to cut a new piece of PEX and buy a cinch tool, and cinch clamps (best laid plans).
Figured out how to ensure a straight PEX cut and cut the last piece and assembled it.
Installed on the water heater.
Leak tested (No leaks).
Cleaned out all the construction remnants out of the pass-in.
Re-installed the divider wall.
Put everything back in the pass-in.

Chuck, thanks! I hope the information is useful to others that will do the repairs. I am sure I crawled in and out of the pass-in about 15 times during this process
