Battery Circuit breaker?

I had a RV dealer put a second A/C into my 2020 27SGS Fifth wheel. Since then I don't have 12volt power in the trailer. Is there some kind of circuit breaker on the 12 volt system somewhere? I've checked the main cabinet and the fuse.

It must connect a some point because the control panel says the battery must be connected to run the slideouts. Also, the control panel won't come on until its hooked up to shore power or the truck. I am fairly sure I used to work the slideouts on battery power alone.

I haven't called up the dealer. I left town almost immediately after picking up the trailer. Figured they would just tell me to bring the trailer in for them to look at. And I will in another month or so when I return home.

Have you checked the battery disconnect switch? If the switch is in the disconnected position then the battery wil not power the trailer or recieve a charge.

I would look at the fuse(s) on the converter. Finding maybe tricky put it should be close to the power center, fuses and breakers

Also check the 120 volt breaker in the panel that may be labelled CONV or something similar. They have have switched it off when doing the A/C install.
