2022 295rl Montana HC AC problem

Problem is AC compressor won't come on when the setting is high or high auto. It works fine with low and low auto. I've attached photos of the wiring on the thermostat and the control board just in case it's a wire that may be out of place. Any help would be appreciated.

Did it ever work properly ???? If so, it's not a "miswired component"... If it's never, ever worked properly, then yes, miswiring is a likely issue. So, before I'd trouble shoot for wires hooked up wrong, I'd want to know if it worked in the past.....

No, it has not worked in the past. It's a new RV that I bought about 3 months ago.
