Lippert Rear Jacks NO Power?

I have a 2011 Raptor 300mp and my rear stabilizer jacks have no power. Checked fuse panel and all good. The bottom has cover so don't know if has an inline fuse but if it does I would like to know where before I have to rip the whole underbelly off. Anybody help on this?
Thanks!
