Floor Leak

I presently own a 2016 Cougar Lite that has floor damage from water leak(s). Since Keystone will offer me no relief on the cost of replacement/factory repair, I was hoping someone on the forum might have experience in doing this job at home. Not sure I could incur the cost of a professional repair ($5,000.00 plus?) on a 6 year old trailer......
Any input (experiences, advise, etc.) would be greatly appreciated (ie. can I get away with just replacing the top luan layer?)!

I will try to give some good advice. I may be way off base. I hate to guess about anybody posting a question. Your question leads me to beleive your not into DIY projects. Water leaks into a RV are really a big deal. They destroy many RVs.
Like any DIY project you need to start tearing out the bad and replace all bad with good. You need to know what is the bad and what is the good. No way to know where that point is until you start tearing flooring out in this case. You need to find out for sure where the leak started, in the wall or ceiling at a window, door etc and repair all that too or else you wasted money and time repairing the floor.
It may be worth it to talk with a shop 1st if not done so. If so, what did they say?
