Leak or condensation

We are pretty much fair weather campers but..
Our last trip of the season and the weather is in the 30's.
Last night when we opened the murphy bed there was water / heavy condensation around the seams and edges.
Even in the closets on each side of the bed it's damp.
We did have a heavy rain a few days ago, it delayed the start of our last trip but there isn't any standing water so I kinda doubt a leak.

This morning outer seams in the closets and murphy bed are damp again.
Anyone else seen this? Should I be hunting down a leak or is this a common fall occurrence?

Most likely condensation, you put out a lot of moisture just being in the RV. If you plan on doing much cold weather camping a dehumidifier is a good investment.

Keeping roof vents slightly open will help reduce condensation also.

^^^What they said. If you don't have them, put Maxxair covers over your vents and you can leave them open to keep the condensation down. At times in FL I would still have a bit of a problem on my AC cover edges so bought a dehumidifier at Lowe's and problem solved.
