You didn't say how long the refrigerator has been operating, but it takes an absorption refrigerator up to 24 hours to completely cool. Often an empty refrigerator or one that is completely full will take longer than one that is partly empty.
This time of year, it's difficult to get a good handle on how a refrigerator will work. Absorption refrigerators operate by heating the ammonia solution and as it percolates through the system it absorbs heat from the inside of the refrigerator box. When it's extremely cold outside (around the chimney of the refrigerator) the heating element or the propane flame can't heat the ammonia solution efficiently and the performance suffers.
If it's been cold where your trailer is located, it may be functioning normally and it's the weather that is causing the poor performance. I'd wait until the weather is above freezing and check for performance.
If, however, the temperatures outside are above freezing, then check the temperature slide located on the cooling fins in the refrigerator compartment. Slide the device up to cool the refrigerator more (actually it makes the freezer colder) and slide it down to warm the refrigerator.
If either of those doesn't help, then you might want to contact your dealer to have the refrigerator checked.
