Onan 5500 Generator code 47 now won't crank

Running the generator tonight to keep the a/c on while getting ready for our upcoming trips. Ran the gen for about 3 hours, both a/c's on staying nice and cool when the gen just stops. Now I get a code 47, and it won't even crank. I have seen that some say to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes to reset codes, any other suggestions.

Evidently all the dealers in KY have to take there stuff to Cummins in Louisville. That is an hour away, and they are 30 days out, with only one gen tech.

Any help would be appreciated, I should still be under warranty with this unit as well, but it's the inconvience of taking it again.

So an update,

This morning I go out, still same scenario. I put the battery charger on the generator battery. Give it a few and it starts right up. SO now I guess the question is, what charges the generator battery. Is that the inverter from the trailer, or is it something on the generator. It's a separate battery from coach, so unsure. I did read on other forums that others would have to run a battery charger on there generator if they were going to run for long periods of time. That just seems weird to me, but you can be assured the charger will be hooked up while running at this point.
