Window Guide Cleaning and Lube

I haven’t had great luck cleaning and lubing sliding window tracks. Any successes you can share would be appreciated. Thanks!

I don't do it often but when I do clean them I use a toothbrush and small vacuum cleaner. I've never found it necessary to lubricate the tracks, but if I did, I'd rub the tracks with a bar of soap.

I use spray car wax on my plexiglass windows and orbital car buffer works good on the plexiglass.

These work on the window tracks to quiet them up and work more smoothly?
