No Power

After 7 years in our last rig (2015 Fuzion 345) we recently upgraded to a 2022 Fuzion 373. We got one with the 400i solar and upgraded to 2 lithium batteries. Brought it home from Utah and put it into our storage garage showing 14.1 volts. Went back and forth to storage, getting it ready for a shakedown trip and when left 3 days later and without disconnecting the battery, pulled it out of the garage and put the inverter on showing 13.1 volts. After a 3 1/2 drive still, it showed 13.3 volts. Plugged into shore power but did not turn inverter off. The panel in the kitchen would not let us turn it off. On the third and last night we got an E03 error on the inverter. Kept hitting buttons until it stopped and the inverted plugs worked again. Got it home the next day and did get the inverter off with 13.3 volts showing. Tried to disconnect the battery, but all three turns of the dial had the lights on inside. So left it on in the garage and went back 6 days later to find the batteries dead. No power at all. Checked the breakers and none were tripped. Tried it a couple of days later with the truck and everything came alive showing 11.8 volts when we left and were sure we turned the battery disconnect to "off". Now a week later they are dead again and even hooked up to the the truck did not help with 30 minutes of running. We have nothing. Leave in 3 days for 7 weeks and need to know how to get power back to batteries and more importantly not let this happen again. Dealer has been no help and Keystone Customer Service says closed for the 2nd day in a row due to a power outage.

Tom, Out of pity for older folks... well me, please put your posts into smaller paragraphs. Really hard to follow. Some of your statements made no sense to me in any case, "Tried to disconnect the battery, but all three turns of the dial had the lights on inside." Hope someone can help... pretty sure this may not be a big issue.

A lot of guessing in this response. But when you turn off the giggy switch to the trailer, this generally disconnects the DC electrical draw for the trailer...When installing an inverter, there is usually a shutoff on the positive (red) battery cable to the inverter. The inverter cables are usually "beefier" than that for the rest of the trailer.

I am assuming the inverter is on and powering things and that is not what you intended. Why don't you post some pictures of the battery, the inverter setup and we can take another stab.

Yes agree a bit hard to follow.

Want to make sure you know your inverter draws around 2 amps per hour when turned on, even if you don’t have any 120v items plugged in or turned on. That’s 48 amps per day.
You state you have 2 lithium batteries, IF they are 100amphour batteries, that’s 200amps available.
At 48amps per day, batteries will be dead in 4 days. Of course you have some solar they may help if you have sun.
