GE fridge not cooling

We have 2021 Keystone bullet premier with a 12/120 fridge, not propane.
Worked and now has failed us at campsite , lost all contents ,not cooling .
looking for some help .model is gpv10fsnbsb unit, inside light works that's it. I have a temperature probe inside showing 70
+ Degrees .
Have shut off main power, pulled fuse ,tried just shore power and battery to no avail.
Stranded and frustrated owner.

You have a 12vdc fridge. Have you checked the 12vdc fuse specifically for it? Checked it with a VOM?

If your interior light is on, then the fridge is getting 12VDC. The compressor isn’t running, unless there is an inline fuse to the compressor located behind the access panel, I’m afraid your fridge has failed.

You can try unplugging from shore power, disconnect the battery for a few minutes and see if that does anything.

Since it’s new and under warranty, unfortunately you don’t want to do anything to jeopardize that. Looking online my search revealed a less than stellar overall rating for this fridge.

If you are camping and don't want to bomb the outing, head to a store that sells student refrigerators like Walmart and pick one up. It has enough room for a couple beverages, a small freezer section and you can have your outing then when you get home, off to the dealer. Good luck. BTW: I have a student refrigerator that we carried in our camper as we tend to pack heavy with food items. Took it out but we still have it.
