I need to find out how you do that. When you use the Dicor roof cleaner you have to keep the sides rinsed down or you will need to re-wax the trailer. I can't do that from the top so someone is on the side rinsing it off. Then it has to dry. Then you put on the protectant and it has to dry as well. THEN you get to clean, peel and reapply Dicor sealant. I can't do that in 2 hours by myself OR with DW and when you consider you are paying per "manhour" 4 hours is not out of line IMO. Squirting some water on the roof and then squeezing out a bit of dicor is one thing, a thorough roof cleaning is another and in this case, for that price, that is what I would expect.
The folks that clean trailers here charge $350 to wash the roof with some sort of cleaner, let it dry and then use a spray bottle of protectant on it. If they did all the rest I'm sure that price would go up.....and they're just a mobile unit operated by 3 firefighters in their spare time (live full time in RVs) not hourly employees.
