You don’t have a signature so how old are the springs? Are you the original owner? How has it been used? Someone full timing that opens and closes the ramp several times a week will obviously inflict more wear than someone that uses the unit only several times a year. I can't speak to how to replace but my question would be why did it fail. If it's fairly new and something was misaligned or binding then fix the issue and replace just the "prematurely failed part". If you suspect it failed due to a manufacturing defect then I'd suspect all of the springs would have that defect. If it seems reasonable for it to have failed from wear over time/usage then replace them all for all of them have been working the same amount of time.
