Outdoor spray port

Hello,

I have a 2019 Bullet Crossfire. The spray port does not work. I checked the line leading to the spray port and it seems there is water going to the line. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

If it is like the one on my trailer, I had to turn off the water and remove the pressure from the system. I then used a 1/4 socket extension to push the plunger in the center of the connector that is on the trailer. It seemed to be stuck until I pushed it. Since then it has been stiff but works. When you go to disconnect it is easiest if you push in on the hose then release the coupler.

The shower head usually has a switch on it. The switch (Valve?) on my Bigfoot is easy to overlook.

I tried pushing in the coupler. A tiny bit of water came out. This still didn't solve the problem. The part must be defective. I unscrewed the water line and water came out. So I know water is getting to the port.

What does the end of the hose look like? On our outdoor shower there is a black quarter turn but on the spray port there is a compression fitting similar to an air hose or pressure washer.

Ours “froze” before we ever used it. I couldn’t even get the hose to push into it. It was a checklist thing before our warranty expired. They said all they did was push it with a screwdriver to get it unstuck.
