Adjusting my awning

I have a 2020 fuzion 369 and tying to figure out how to adjust the awning. What brand are they?

If you post a picture of the awning you may get a more definitive answer. Have you looked at the awning tube or ends for a label? What are you looking to "adjust"?

I want to know how to lower it during rain. But looking at it I think it's non adjustable.

If you look at the arms, I think you will find a set of holes with push buttons sticking out of one. You can press the tab in and move the arm.

Trick is to make sure BOTH arms are set to the same holes when retracting

Looking at our picture it appears that there are notches on the upper arm coming from the trailer that would allow you to drop the awning. I've not used one of those but would think it would be fairly easy to determine how to move it to a lowering slot. As Chuck said be sure and make sure the awning is in the same plane (holes) before retracting.

It would help if you specified what brand and model of awning that is. It looks like a Carefree?
