DIY maintenance items

Curious what peoples yearly maintenance items are besides obvious winterization of pumps, waterlines, heater etc.
I've seen people mention seals on the slide?? Curious what that would entail as far as procedure and recommended products.
It would seem like lubricating threaded rod on leveling jacks would be prudent. Also seems like grease would attract lots of dirt and road grime and and may not be the best choice. Any recommendations on lubricants??
Our slide appears to be driven by motors with gears on two separate tracks underneath of it
Do these need lubricated as well?? Is there a procedure to manually extend and retract slide should a motor fail??

Thanks in advance

Adjust trailer brakes (about every 3,000 mi)

Clean, inspect and repack wheel bearings (refer to your manual for interval)

Check torque on suspension parts (u-bolts, spring hangers, etc.)

Grease wet bolts (if installed) every time you adjust the brakes

Inspect roof caulking & reseal as needed (at least twice per year)

Apply anti UV agent of your choice to all of the plastic (plumbing vents, a/c covers, skylight, roof vents, plastic door catches, etc.)

Flush water heater at least once per year and inspect/replace anode rod.

Wax/polish exterior every 6 months

Sanitize fresh water system as needed

There will be many different opinions on this subject from the other members

Added: I always used a dry lubricant that contains teflon on the slide gears.

I use these two products on my slide seals and tracks. My owner's manual states that the tracks do not need lubrication, but after several years they started rusting and making popping noises while moving in and out. I sprayed this on them and the noise stopped. Didn't have any problem with the dry lube attracting dirt either.
