Water heater

I picked up this camper about 6 weeks ago and have used it a few times now. 2017 cougar 336 bhs. Had a couple of bugs to work out but I fixed most of them. The last one I can't figure out is a problem with the water heater. It did work fine when I took delivery but now only works on electric. When I turn it on by propane the gas flow like it should but the igniter isn't working. If I light it manually it burns for only 5 seconds. When I google the problem I don't seem to find anything helpful. Dealer is booked out a month and they're famous for keeping campers for a few weeks. That's why I'm looking to resolve this on my own.
Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks
Joel

Look at the igniter. It serves as the flame sensor too. Maybe simple as came unplugged or it has failed, that would be my first guess.

Thanks. I know it's plugged in to the igniter but I don't know about the other end. I don't think I can get to it without removing the unit. I'll pick up an igniter and try that first.
Thanks again.

The control board should be on the outside of the heater.
