This!!!  This should be a sticky somewhere. I learned this lesson several years ago when I couldn't reset the GFI in the trailer. Drove me crazy until I finally traced it down to the GFI in my garage that was connected to the outlet on my deck that I had the trailer plugged into was tripped. That was before I had a 30 amp outlet put in.
