wrinkle/bubble in door

I have had my 2011 Bullet Premier for almost 3 weeks and have noticed an issue on one of the entry doors. We didn't notice this at the dealer and think it probably wasnt as obvious, if noticeable at all, at the time of PDI. There is what appears to be two abnormalities, one is more of a dent and bows inward and the bottom one is somewhat like a bubble, you can push on it and it gives. Would this be delamination? One thing to mention is that the window frame leaked when we had rain and I have since tightened the screws. Here are 2 pics.

Hi
If you are still under warranty, it looks like Keystone owes you a new door. Yes, looks like delamination to me.

By looking at the pics and your description, I would agree with the rink's assessment that it is most likely delamination caused by your previously leaking entry window. Leaking problems and warranties aren't too compatible and I hope that, if you are still covered, you will be compensated. Let us know how this all turns out for you.

I just bought it a bit over 2 weeks ago so I think that I should be covered. I will call them tomorrow and see where it goes.

Just a quick update. I heard back from the dealer and they said Keystone approved the repair. They will replace the door and have it painted.

Since the dealer is 4 hours away I am going to see if a local dealer can do it. If not, the dealer I bought it from said they are willing to meet half way and take the camper the rest of the way. I thought that was good of them to offer.
