12V Entertainment Systems

I am am at least the 3rd owner of my `05 Raptor 33. It has no entertainment system and I'd like to have a multi-zone (2 stereo and a surround) with AM/FM/DVD with HDMI out for a television and a USB-in for an MP3 player. Google has turned up only a Genesis GT-3.0 and a Jensen AWM976. Are those two products really the extent of choices ?
Note: We boondock almost exclusively, so 12V operation is very important.
Thanks for any help with this.

Unfortunately it's a pretty small / niche market. There may be other models out there, but they seem to be OEM only.

From the investigation I have done the Genesis 3 would be my choice.

12V Entertainment Systems

Kinda what I feared since the big Class-As seem to eschew 12v anything.
Honestly, we mainly want a TV as an alternative for rain-outs and down here on the big sand-bar we'd likely be on GEN (for the A/C) in that scenario any way.
Since the big driver is listening to music near constantly; Rather than dropping $700 on a Genesis, perhaps I should just get a 12V WallMount Stereo (such as Jenson AWM910) and augment with relatively inexpensive 120VAC DVD-Player and TV. Thoughts ?

On the off chance that SWMBO approves the Genesis, are there any 12V TVs to recommend or denounce ? All I have found are the Jensen's products.

TIA

Dc/Ac Power Inverter

Have you considered an inverter? I use a dedicated 12V battery powering a 300W 120V output inverter. I am able to power the satellite box and 46" LED TV for a whole evening then recharge it the next day. Some campgrounds only allow generators to be run in the morning and early evening. This is the case with the Skyline Drive campgrounds. We are still able to enjoy a few of the comforts of home with this setup..

Power Inverter

Doh.
I am embarrassed to admit that solution did not occur to me.
It is embarrassing because I have a little 100W Inverter in the car I use for my laptop when I am "working" while traveling.
I have two batteries in the well (wired parallel) and lack a place for a 3rd, but have jumper-cables in the truck if I run them too low to start the generator the next morning.
Good to know some places forbid generators during certain hours.

This is for the Jensen RV ent system. What I like is the HDMI Video output.
