Big glug from grey tank

I have one grey tank serving the kitchen and bath sinks, and the shower. When I drain, it initially flows copiously and then gets to a point where there is just a trickle, then a big glug, then repeats the high flow.

It sounds like the vent is either plugged or undersized.

Any thoughts?
