Laredo low point drains

We have purchased a 2013 Laredo 321BH.
During the walk around the I was shown the drain valve for the fresh water tank. I asked where the hot and cold low point drain valves were and was told this unit did not have them.
Last Thursday we went to the factory and did the tour. All of the units we saw had hot and cold drain valves and the rep doing the tour said all units should have them. I got home and crawled under the unit to make sure I had not missed them.

When I called keystone customer support the fellow told me where they should be. He then checked with one of the service techs and the result was that I have to take it back to the dealer and let them try to find them.....

Does anyone else have a Laredo with out hot and cold drain valves?

Thanks for you help.

Don

My Laredo isn't the same year, but I do have low point drains. They're near the front on the passenger side right below the water pump.

Any chance they're in by your pump and just not "pushed" down thru the floor?

Good luck.

You have low point drains somewhere. Make the dealer locate them and check to be sure they don't make a mess finding and exposing them under the trailer. Does your trailer have a water bay/compartment by any chance? If so they may be located there.

Laredo low point drains.

I do not have the water bay. When I spoke to the Keystone customer service rep he told me they were in the water bay. When I told him I did not have one he gave up and told me to go to the dealer.

I also am concerned about having the dealer drop the bottom corplast and not getting it back on correctly.

I am planning on a visit to the dealer to look at the two other 321BH's he has on the lot. My guess is he ordered all 3 at once and they came off the line together.

Thanks

Don

Laredo low point drains

Thanks for the help.
The dealer visit did solve the missing drain question. I was looking for the drains to come through the coroplast like all of the other Keystone trailers I had seen. The drains on my unit are outboard of the "I" beam just under the water pump and do not come below the bottom of the trailer..
