New Big Sky 3625RE

We made the plunge........picked this up yesterday. Pulled great. A few minor issues that will need to be addressed but ready to hit the road. First trip out will be next weekend.

First trip was great. Setup went well. Autoleveler worked. It was an older state park so our water hose was too short. Lucky I had a 5 foot sewer hose extension or that would have been short too.
It was hard to get wife out of the trailer it is so nice.
Truck pulled it very well. We went over two passes with no problem. The exhaust brake works wonders. Hardly touch the brakes.
We have 9 day trip coming up the end of October to pheasant hunt and can hardly wait!

BigSky, congrats on the new rig. Don't know what you had before, but remember to swing wide to get that monster around the corners. We recently went from the small 34 foot Montana (2955) to our new 40 foot SOB and find I have to swing even wider than before to get around corners and stay away from the curbs.

+1 on the swing wide- but not to wide. I have swung to wide and when making the turn tapped a sign with the a$$ end.

Best of luck- really like the color.

Thanks for the compliments. You are right about swinging wide. Backing in seems easier.
We went from a 28 foot TT to this. Big difference. I take my time towing. May tick some folks off but I prefer a controlled stop. There is a lot more weight to control.
Travel safe all.
