268bh hose port

My hose port froze by the outside kitchen and cracked the regulator. Minor water damage. I replaced everything but wondering if anyone traced the water line back towards the kitchen and removed it entirely being it’s under the bunks where all the wiring and fuse panel is ? I’m never going to use it and it’s more of a liability
