it has solar prep but no panels. We have not contemplated boondocking yet, but if we do, maybe a "suitcase" solar package. To winterize, turn the water heater by-pass valves, drain the water heater. i used an air compressor at 40 psi and bought a fitting to connect to the city water inlet to blow out the lines and then we simply poured anti-freeze into the water tank and pumped it through. Some folks have adapted water pump suction to draw anti-freeze from the bottle without having to add to the tank, others just blow the lines only, still some do both. Our Passport has no special winterize port. Don't forget the black tank flush connection!

Welcome to the forum,
I have a 2013 Passport 3100 rk
Similar layout.
As for winterizing
Drain all low points with the faucets open, & hot water heater, by- pass the water heater.
Then I blow them out about 35 psi.
In a 5 gallon bucket a pump & 3 gallons of Anit-freeze
Close all faucets
Open furthest one first till comes out,
Repeat next faucet ect.
Then a little into flust port.
A gallon or so in the fresh water tank & pump a little through.
This also gets the traps.
It gets cold here in South Eastern PA.

Welcome to the forums. Congrats on your RV purchase, even though that a little belated "Congrats." Enjoy your next outing with it. Hope everything goes 100% perfect for you. Don't wait so long between trips. You can always do week end's at a campground near you. You don't need to drive miles and miles. There's a lot to discover right in your own back yard. Again, Congrats!

Spent 2 weeks in FriscoWoods a few years ago. Get a site in the back and watch the wind surfers daily. The wind is constant for them. A windsurfer in GA told me it was the #2 rated spot in the USA
