All I'm sayin' is that I bought my Harbor Freight industrial proctoscope (link) nearly on a whim, and to this day I'm amazed at how many jobs it's saved my bacon on.

I actually wonder if even the walls are really warranted by Keystone.

I haven’t tried to get any schwintek parts warranties directly from Lippert.

I've had great luck with warranty on Lippert products but I've never had to fix either of the Schwintec slides I've owned. But I doubt it would be a problem. The independent I use is a warranty center for most of the component manufacturers and rarely has a problem.

They are worth talking to as they do work with manufacturers and can do some warrantee work.

I agree, it’s worth a phone call at least.

Welcome to the forum Vandikar1. Sorry about your trouble with your new RV and hope you get it sorted out with the dealership.
I do appreciate you posting this issue about the shwintech slides because I'll be switching from cable to shwintech slides on my next RV.

Any update on if they fixed the slide? My Hideout is going in for the 3rd time because of the slide messing up.

If you click on the OPs name in one of his/her posts, you will see that they haven't logged on for over a month. You are unlikely to get an answer. Sorry.
