Furrion Oven - Not Lighting

I have a 2021 Keystone Cougar with a Furrion Oven.
The pilot lights. But the burners don't even after holding it in for 30 seconds.
When you turn the Control Knob, the pilot light goes out.
The range top burners work fine.
Anybody experience oven issue with a Furrion?
Thanks.

Does the oven pilot light stay lit if you leave it in “pilot” and let go of the knob?

Chuckster,
When I let go of Control Knob the pilot light goes out.
The burners will not light.
Thanks for your thoughts.

Sounds like a failed thermocoupler. May be under warranty

Chuck,
Thanks for your reply.
The RV dealer I purchased it from said the Thermocoupler on a Furrion Oven can't be replaced. I have to get a new oven. Fortunately, it is just under the warranty wire.

Good deal! It seems like a lot of appliances aren't serviceable.
