My manual (covers many) says I have one 30 gallon gray tank. I actually have two gray tanks. How can I find out the tank capacities for this gem?

Odds are there is 2 30 gallon tanks. Only way I know is to measure how much you put in or drain out. 5 gal buckets are good for this task. Or you can use a flow meter and garden hose to fill.

Actually, the 2018 27RES specifications state that it has one 30 gallon black tank and two 30 gallon gray tanks. You can view the entire brochure here. Specs for your trailer are located on page 14.
