emergency window
Good evening, i wanted to see if anyone has had this issue, i have a 2019 Keystone Outback 340BH the emergency window in the front bedroom has broke and when we were driving down the road it could see it flying around, we pulled over duct taped it. I brought it to the dealership to have it winterized and asked about the latch, i was told they would take a look. A week later i was told it would cost me 700.00 dollars to replace, i asked what the issue was and they told me that the "spring and sprung" i asked how this could have happened, we have never used the window and have a feeling the latch was bad and it caused the window to open, this is not covered under warranty and now i am being told to get ahold of Keystone customer service. if any one can advise it sure would be nice.
