Depending on what type of slides you have there are manual overrides, The only exception to this that I know of is the Schwintek and power gear Slim Rack.

It depends on the type of slide system you have at each slide assembly. On my 2014 Cougar XLite, I have a "ram type electric" main slide and a "cable system bedroom slide". They are both electric, completely different mechanisms and completely different manual operation procedures.

Hydraulic slides are "also electric slide systems" in that the hydraulic pump depends on the battery to provide power to "produce hydraulic pressure". So even hydraulic slides need electricity to function normally or mechanical power to function the pump when the battery fails.

What type of slides do you have? There should be owners manuals for each in the owner's packet. Those manuals will have "emergency operation instructions". If they aren't available in the trailer, you can find them at the manufacturer's website (slide manufacturer not Keystone's website).

You can also plug it into town vehicle to get power for the slides.

I have a 2014 337fls Cougar with 4 slides. Three are cable and one is a ram gear driven. The cable ones there is an adapter that’s a flex shaft for a drill. The problem I see is that the shaft connects to the motor in the center of the slide on the fixed wall. So unless you have very long arms for when it comes in or you can lay on top, I don’t think it’s viable.

On my other fifth wheel of a different brand there was a hole and a crank handle that would connect to the gear driven motor and cranked it in. I’ve not seen any such hole on the bedroom slide with the gear driven slide.

Tow vehicle battery or a small generator to power everything up is probably best.
