Slam Latch

I picked up my new Cougar 315rls yesterday. I did a walkthrough and did not notice any issues. I arrived at home and had a lot of maneuvering to get the trailer into the drive but couldn't make the turn. I expected this to be an issue on the way to the secondary location (mom's) going down the highway I looked in the mirror and saw that my driver side cargo door was standing straight out. I am guessing I caught it right away since no one flagged me down. It happened one more time before I got the rig parked. I am guessing that the twisting of the rig made the slam latches come out of alignment. It seems as though it is barely touching the latching plate. Is there any kind of adjustment to fix this. Need some expert advice.

You can bend (tweak) the lower frame to raise the latch catch. Be careful because if you lift it too high the latch wont retract enough to open it up
