Is this door installed upside down
I've had trouble with finding water in the cargo area of my 320BHS. Multiple trips to camping world have resulted in them bending the cam locks to tighten the doors seal and siliconing the screwsame that mount the door frame. It still leaks. This weekend I noticed the water isn't coming through the door to frame seal, but actually dripping down the door as it seeps between the doors outside ring and the body of the door (see pics and video) Digging a little deeper it seems there are holes in the door surround, assumed to be drain holes, but they are at the top of the door.
Before I go to Keystone about a manufacturing defect, am I correct in the assumption that the pictured holes should be in fact at the bottom of the door?

cjelliott81, Howdy;
quick question, where is the hinge on top or the bottom? I ask as there
is nothing to use as a reference in either the video or the photos.

I'm guessing the door is upside down. The weep holes in my doors face down when the door is closed. I hope they at least have the hinge at the top.

The door unfortunately swings to the left.

It's probably not installed upside down, but more likely a "horizontal" door mounted vertically. What the fix is, I'm not sure. Maybe a brow on the top edge like on the entry door, that way water would be directed to the outside edges of the frame.

Check out other Sprinters on the dealer's lot, check to see if they are all assembled the same, or if yours is a one-off indicating someone feel asleep on the assembly line. If different, it will go a long way to point out to CW and Keystone what they need to do to make it right.

Holes are supposed to be on the bottom. I would say the door is up side down.

Can not tell from pictures. There are left hand and right hand doors. Door should always be installed so that if they accidently open while traveling, wind will push them closed. If not, wind will rip them from the hinge. Door could be a left in right frame or right in left frame. The holes at the top will cause the door to fill with water, and it's just a matter of time before door will be ruined.

The door is a universal right or left/top or bottom hinged door. If you look, there are weep holes on all sides. There should be a round tube type gasket on the inside of the outer mounting flange that keeps the water from entering the inside. Either it is not being compressed or the frame is not properly sealed at the top between the frame and the siding.
I would remove the frame and door, clean and reseal around the siding, remount the frame and possible replace the rubber tubbing.

Went to Camping World today to see if any others were installed this way. My door is most assuredly installed upside down.
