Pin Box electric connection

So...After a long day, and backing into a tricky spot (blindside back at night with no working flashlight) with the DW on the radio giving her own...unique guidance, I MAY have accidentally pulled forward without unhooking my 7 pin connection. And I MAY have broken the plastic box that sits at the top of the pin box on my brand new 2015 Cougar 28SGS. And I DEFINITELY want to find a replacement box to install without mentioning to the DW that I did this.:bang head: Any guidance on where I can order a replacement part, or should I bite the bullet and schedule an appointment with the RV repair shop? I don't think I can sell this as a warranty issue, unless "owner stupidity" is a covered repair.

By the "plastic black box" do you mean the trailer brake breakaway switch/connection? If so, you should be able to pick one up at an RV repair/parts place.

My warranty doesn't cover "owner stupidity". It happens to all of us but we won't tell your wife.

The "box" in my Cougar is a square metal switch box with a cover just like you'd find in a house.. You can get them at any home supply store like Home Depot or Lowes..
