B&W Companion F350 SD DRW 8' Bed - what did you end up as your bolts to use?

Wondering if a F350 Super Duty DRW owner who uses the new B&W Companion Hitch could tell me which bolt holes they ended up using to install the arms. I'm just looking for a first guesstimate to work with.
I have a full bed so from what I can glean from readings I can set the arms all the way to the back, the height would be "the middle". I'm fully aware I'll have to fiddle with it no doubt, just curious as a first stab knowing what works for others.
Just info gathering for the trailer pickup day, this isn't my first rodeo for RVing but first 5th wheel, so don't want to be a total moron when I go get it :-)

We do not have a DRW, only SRW, but this is how ours is set up in an 8' bed. It puts the pin over our axle. The right edge of the picture is the cab of the truck, and we have the bolts "middle height" (top bolts are 1 hole down from the top). I have had plenty of room turning and backing with no worries with it set this way. The only concern my hubby has is when I back up to the 5'er with the tailgate down and get hooked up, there is only about 3-4 inches clearance between front of 5'er basement storage and the laying down tailgate. I just make sure to back straight up to it, or we close the tailgate after the pin box clears the tailgate line so there's no worries of a tailgate poking the camper.

Excellent! that's what I was hoping for. I picked up a Stromberg Carlson 5th wheel tailgate from etrailer just to make life easier. Taking off the tailgate itself is old hat - I would take it off to put on the Big Boy ramps to ride the Harley up in the bed- now I'll ride it up in the back of the 326 - eager to pick it up!

We debated getting a new tailgate for the fifth to prevent any accidental "crunch", but mine has the backup camera in it. That debate didn't last long! Love my camera!
