I am assuming you have the white molded sink?? If so, use SoftScrub and a green scour pad, we use the sponge with the pad glued to it. With a wet sink, squirt the SoftScrub around and scour the entire sink until the stains are gone. Again, this is for the white Corian type sink material. Corian recommends scrubing the entire sink, especially the first time, so the sheen is the same on the entire sink. The caulking for the drain fitting will be white, non-staining plumbers putty, which is used for synthetic sinks. You might also check the large nut under the sink to make sure it is tight. It seems they put a large amount of putty on ours, and over time, the putty squeezed out.
